Iam sincerely trying to hear this guys perspective, however I keep finding myself back at the starting line puzzled. He portrays being a man of substance with his suite and voice projection..a narrow film shot and background fluff. Then the guy opens his mouth...and a dust flume comes out.

I was being sarcastic obviously, nonetheless listen to what he says. Not a single mature. clarifying statement. Basically sounds like he has a problem. He didnt make one single valid point apart from implying men are bullies and act like small children.along with if woman dont do what men want, the way men want ,then life isnt going to go well for them. What man have had throughout the realm of time, and unfortunately still have to a high degree is an unchecked hubris. Woman havent had true power until very recently, and like all other oppressed groups dont come out of the gate winning. They flounder, not knowing how to maneuver. Look at all the different types of woman and the different things they do..common threads among them..think about it. Id like very much to expound on this topic.. its much deeper and more complex than what this joker is flashing.

Because we suppress our anger - as learned in dysfunctional ambient in childhood. "Building resilient version" This is slippery slope. Building fake image of superiority complex is mental illness, called NPD. Building resilient does not mean that we become person without empathy and sensitivity - without awareness how our behavior is affecting other people. When we are unaware how we affect other people - this is called personality disorder. I see resilient version - of allowing ourselves to feel anger emotions - which we were programmed and conditioned to push down and ignore or to display in rage or fury manner - which leads to more hysteria and more of toxic shame. "Network" I would go with Sam Vaknin advice - that Rat race is useless. When we have idea that money will protect us from toxic people - this is fantasy. When we accumulate money to impress other people who don't even care if we breathe air the next moment - we become depended on approval and validation of other people. When we seek money as our god - we will be in ambient and toxic jobs which are full and filled with narcissists and psychopaths who seek power and money and influence as their only goal in life.
